1. CREATE ORDER
*ONLINE: Customers can create airwaybills directly on our website or on mobile app by providing shipping details such as sender and recepient addresses, package weight & dimensions and any special instructions.
*HARD COPY: Customers can fill out physical airwaybill forms provided by us. These forms typically require similar information as the online creation.
Once created the airway bill serves as a crucial document that tracks the shipment throughout its journey
2. SHIPMENT PROCESSING
* CUSTOMER REQUEST: Customer requests pickup
* UBZ CONFIRMATION: UBZ confirms that we have picked up the package
* PACKAGE COLLECTION: Drivers collect the package
* INSPECTIONS & LABELING: Driver inspects and labels the package
* Transportation to Hub: Package is transported to the UBZ Sorting Hub
3. DELIVERY
* PACKAGE SCANNING: Packages are scanned to update tracking information and confirm receipt at the delivery facility.
* ROUTE OPTIMISATION: Delivery routes are optimized to ensure efficient and timely delivery.
* PACKAGE LOADING: Packages are loaded onto delivery vehicles.
4. FINAL DELIVERY
* DELIVERY ATTEMPT: The driver attempts to deliver the package to the customer’s doorstep.
* PACKAGE HANDOVER: The package is handed over to the customer, and a signature is obtained as proof of delivery.
* DELIVERY CONFIRMATION: The delivery is confirmed, and the tracking information is updated accordingly.
